About the Doctor
Dr. Maha A. Yousif
Dr. Yousif has been a practicing orthodontist for over 21 years. She received her DMD degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation she attended the University of Nebraska School of Dentistry, where she obtained her certificate of training in Orthodontics. She then furthered her education at the Victoria University of Manchester, where she was awarded her Doctorate (PhD) in the field of Orthodontics.
Prior to opening Canyon Orthodontics in Rancho Santa Margarita, Dr. Yousif was in private practice in Connecticut for 15 years and also held a teaching position at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in the Department of Orthodontics. Currently, she is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, California Dental Association and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.
Dr. Yousif proudly focuses on providing orthodontic treatment solutions, including Invisalign and clear braces to patients in Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Foothill Ranch, Ladera Ranch, Lake Forest and Mission Viejo.
In her spare time, Dr. Yousif enjoys cooking, biking, gardening and hiking.
